The Whoa Doggie Inaugural Chili Cook-Off could not have gone better.

We had 12 wonderful chilis to judge, and were given a gorgeous sunny spring like day in February to enjoy the festivities.

Thank you to everyone who entered a chili and to all who came out to taste and vote.

First place went to Chlii #1 made by Jonathan Smith.
Second place was Chili #10 by Jimmie Shofner
Third place was Chili #9 by Jerome Fluty.

And a big shout out to Sevier Ave Burger Co. for hosting the event and to all of their staff for working so hard Sunday to make the day so enjoyable for all. We thank you very much. Thanks also to Alliance Brewing Co for providing the beer and Swaggerty's Farm for proving us with prizes.

We were able to raise $500 to donate to Dames for Danes Great Dane Rescue and they will put it to great use.
